We were enlisted to launch Grainger’s flagship development in the North West of England - The Filaments. Boasting 365 apartments and 11 townhouses, ranging from one to four bedrooms, this modern development has redefined residential living in Salford since its rental launch in 2021.
Considering our expertise in the residential sector, we were enlisted to spearhead a multi-channel, creative strategy across Paid Search, Paid and Organic Social, and Programmatic display.
By using data at the forefront of our campaign, we could allocate the right budget volume across key campaign periods that enabled us to reach and surpass our goals, such as pre-let targets and monthly and quarterly enquiry numbers.
We also executed an extensive awareness and profile-raising phase, allowing us to identify the right levers to pull throughout the calendar year, ensuring that the team on the ground could respond to qualified leads.
