Account Manager (Brand & Web)

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager (Brand & Web) role for Serotonin.

As an Account Manager you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Management team across both Media and Creative clients. This position offers a holistic view of our business, allowing you to delve into all areas of project and retainer work, ensuring successful outcomes for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Knowledge
- Become the go-to expert for all ongoing activities across our client portfolio.
- Stay informed and proactive in monitoring both outgoing and incoming communication from clients and 3rd parties.
- Your keen attention to detail will enable you to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for growth

Administrative Excellence

- Take charge of proposal, presentation, and report preparation by collaborating with relevant team members and 3rd parties.
- Ensure timely delivery of these materials, allowing the Client Services Director (CSD) and Account Managers to review and provide valuable insights.
- Attend client meetings, diligently record minutes and actions, and promptly share them with both the client and agency teams.

Team and Resource Support
- Work closely with our Studio Manager to ensure seamless coordination of resources across the creative and media teams.
- Be a reliable point of contact for team members, addressing any obstacles that may hinder progress and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently.

Client Communication
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular and effective communication.
- Acknowledge incoming and outgoing requests promptly, providing timely responses to address their needs.
- Collaborate with the client to develop monthly communications plans, seeking their approval. Furthermore, prepare and share comprehensive weekly performance summaries to keep clients informed and engaged.

Previous Skills/ Qualifications
Previous experience in an account management or similar role within the marketing industry.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organisational and administrative skills, ensuring seamless coordination of materials and resources.

Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Client-focused approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and emerging trends.

Brand Strategist

As a Brand Strategist at Serotonin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive brand strategies for our clients, as well as creating and evolving brands across a whole variety of sectors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client objectives, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour, ensuring the development of strategic solutions that resonate with target audiences


Responsibilities
Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and unique selling propositions.
- Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviours.

Brand Positioning:
- Develop and articulate clear brand positioning strategies that differentiate clients in the market.
- Define and communicate brand narratives that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for clients.
- Utilise market insights to inform strategic recommendations and campaign planning.

Brand Identity Development:
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine brand visual identity, messaging, and key brand elements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Campaign Development:
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on content creation, social media engagement, and other campaign components.

Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or in a similar strategic role within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and brand development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Manager (Internal)

As the Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on promoting our agency, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth. Your strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and excellent communication skills will be vital in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to elevate our agency's presence in the market.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the agency, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, events, PR, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog articles, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand the agency's reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute agency events, industry conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements to position the agency as a thought leader.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead conversion.
