Account Manager (Media, Performance & eCommerce)

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager with a background in paid media, performance marketing and/ or ecommerce roles at Serotonin.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing media, performance, and eCommerce projects while ensuring their goals are met through exceptional account management.

You’ll build strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and clear communication, ensuring their campaigns are on track and delivering results. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to oversee project execution, resolve challenges, and drive client satisfaction at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of performance-driven projects across our diverse client portfolio, becoming the go-to authority for paid media, performance marketing, and eCommerce strategies.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance, client communications, and third-party deliverables to identify growth opportunities, ensuring every project stays on track with your meticulous attention to detail.
  • Lead the development of campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic presentations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of actionable insights and materials, facilitating review sessions with the Client Services Director and other key stakeholders.

    Account Executive

    Overview

    We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive role to support the Account Manager at Serotonin. As an Account Executive, you will assist in the day-to-day management of both media and creative clients, providing essential support to the Account Manager and broader Account Management team.

    Requirements

    Overview

    A core element of this planning will involve research and insight into audience behaviour and segmentation of databases to ensure that we are making the most of the audiences available to our clients and maximising their return, whether it be via brand or product awareness, sales or bookings. 

    The individual will have hands on experience of working on platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, Klavyio and Woodpecker, along with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The individual will also be encouraged to recommend additions to the tech stack to help them to succeed within the role.
