How could we help a neighbourhood pizzeria, rooted in delivering an authentic in-house Neapolitan experience, respond to a national, hospitality lockdown? And respond quickly.

We started with what we knew: that whatever strategy we delivered had to uphold the brand identity and values that put Rudy’s on the map as one of the best pizzerias in the country.

Our answer was ‘Bake at Home’. A brand pivot that brought their trademark ‘in-house’ experience quite literally in-house by allowing customers to enjoy Rudy’s at home.

We built a Shopify site and e-commerce plan that enabled them to deliver their pizzas across the country and promoted the new offering with an extensive communications strategy without compromising the Rudy’s brand.
